Geoff and Vanessa were married in March of this year (2016) just outside Toowoomba in a little hall in Cabalah. Despite this day already being an awesome mile stone in their lives it was also Vanessa’s birthday.
I really can’t put into words just how humbled I am to have been apart of this wedding day. That’s the case with all the wedding days though I feel I need to share a little insight into Vanessa and Geoff’s day in particular. You see Vanessa is a photographer and to be asked to photograph a photographers wedding is well, next level. I know Vanessa and Geoff value photography just as much as I do and for them to put their trust in me to capture their wedding is just beyond anything I can explain.
During their thank-you’s they personally thanked me. It was one of the most heartfelt few words that I’ve heard in a while and I’ll admit I got teary.
For me photography isn’t a job or career it’s what I love and gee I’m bloody lucky to call this thing I do work. So here it is, their amazing wedding day!
